6 Years, 13 Services: HDEV TECH's Journey from Web Development to AI

HDEV TECH Ltd was founded in Kigali in 2020 with a foundational service line: web development, mobile apps, USSD applications, mobile money integration, hosting, domain registration, and software development. That was the whole company. Six years later, it is thirteen services deep, including telecom-grade infrastructure and AI.

Built up, not claimed all at once

We did not launch claiming to do everything from day one. Each expansion happened because a real client need pushed us there, and we built and production-tested each new service before moving to the next.

• 2022: IT & Technology Consultant services, and our Cross-Country SMS Gateway in February, our first step into telecom infrastructure.
• September 2023: SMPP Custom Software, our flagship telecom-grade SMS gateway vending platform.
• 2025: AI & Sub-Services, covering chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• March 2026: VOIP Software for modern business voice calling.
• 28 May 2026: Support Center Software, our most recent launch.
