Cross-Country SMS Gateway: Extending Our Reach Beyond Rwanda

In February 2022, HDEV TECH launched its Cross-Country SMS Gateway, marking our first major step into telecom-grade infrastructure. The gateway routes SMS messages reliably to recipients across the region, not just within Rwanda, using optimized delivery routes.

A real example: a regional retail chain needed order confirmations and delivery alerts to reach customers in three different countries reliably and quickly. Our Cross-Country SMS Gateway made that a single integration rather than three separate one-off connections.
